Nestled in Tribeca's historic district, 250 West Street stands as a remarkable testament to architectural legacy.
Interior design and furnishing for Penthouse unit. An exclusive private entrance and lobby through a private entrance. Ascend in a private elevator to an expansive space that stretches across 5,718 interior square feet and opens completely through sliding floor-to-ceiling window walls onto a 4,298 square foot, fully irrigated, landscaped terrace.
Role: Lead designer for the project. Worked with developers, marketing team, architects and contractors from start to finish.

Designated a city landmark in the 1960s, the iconic Plaza overlooking Central Park is one of the world’s best-known hotels and one of New York City’s most important landmarks.
Completed the gut renovation of the duplex penthouse residence at the Plaza. Square footage: 6316 sq.ft. + 229 sq.ft. Terrace 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 family room, 1 dining room

22 CENTRAL PARK SOUTH RESIDENCE
22 Central Park South has reinterpreted the classic drawing room for a new, forward-looking generation. A clean, modern aesthetic defines this important living space, giving prominence to the Central Park view, while paying close attention to the details, such as a decorative fireplace, wrought iron Juliet balcony detail, radiant floor heating, solid walnut herringbone pattern floors and oversized casement windows.
Complete renovation of the entire building, from exterior facade to lobby, elevator and all apartment units. Within each apartment there is a custom feature wall of library and faux fireplace, custom kitchen and bathroom design.

The furnishings reflect the culture of the house of Versace, combining elegance with comfort. The Home Collection combines ancient with modern and thus features clean lines and luxury materials. They incorporate references to the past, like the Greek key motif, derived from classical antiquity.
