INTERIOR DESIGN

DESIGN STRATEGY

Understanding your needs through our brainstorming session, where we explore your goals, listen to your ideas, and most importantly, learn about your values and desire.

What are your goals for this project?

What is your brand? Who is your target market?

What do you like and what works about your existing space? What needs improvement?

What is your budget?

What are you trying to improve within your living condition

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

We develop a layout and mood board based on the information we have from our strategy session. Our design team is purposeful and mindful when expressing your ideas, vision and your personal and brand image. During this phase, your project will come to life on paper, including floor plan elevations and 3D perspectives upon request, transforming your vision into reality.

In the schematic design stage you may receive:

A site measure and survey of existing or new space

Floor plan and furniture layout if applicable

Mood board that reflects color scheme, material and finishes, furniture selections

Two meetings to finalize design layout and design intent

DESIGN EXECUTION

Develop Contract documents for the approved design, typically consist of design drawings and specifications that provide technical details to build your design plan for built and bidding purposes. To help provide you with a complete design package, if needed, we can  coordinate with various project consultants including General contractor, Lighting designer, Carpenter, mechanical and electrical engineers as well as building Architects to complete your project. Once everything is complete, we toggle back to the telescope view, to validate that our conceptual big picture is completed as desired and meets or exceeds all of the project goals.

In the design development stage you may receive:

Suggestions on General Contractors to participate in project tender

Communication with you and the General Contractor over the course of construction

Complete set of interior design construction documents

Furniture specifications and purchasing package

Site visits to review any deficiencies and inspect completed work

A review meeting for final sign-offs

Staging and final touches if needed
